leadership
Leadership is defined as the ability to guide or direct, as by persuasion or influence an individual or a group of people to a course of action or thought. It is our intent at the Institute for Community Health Center Performance to support our current and future Community Health Center (CHC) Leaders in transformative thought . Through our Leadership Portal, we will provide on-line articles, web-casts and presentations that focus on supporting leadership development among our operational, clinical and financial CHC managers. We recognize that leadership will be required in order for our CHC’s to achieve the lofty goals of Improving Quality and Patient Outcomes, Reducing Cost and Increasing Revenue.
