Workforce development encompasses all activities which enable the incumbent to add value to the organization.  The Mid-Atlantic Association of Community Health Centers is concerned with providing the framework and activities to support and assist the membership in developing and maintaining a workforce which is prepared for the purpose of delivering high quality, accessible and cost-effective services which are valued by the communities it serves.
