If you don't have a doctor that you see regularly or perhaps you are worried about how to pay for your doctor's visit. Click on the link below to enter in your address and find the closest Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) to you.

YMCA Recreation Centers
YMCA’s are nonprofit organizations committed to helping individuals strengthen their spiritual, mental and physical well-being.. The Y is a place for everyone. People of all races, ages, faiths, gender, abilities, and incomes are welcome and financial assistance on a sliding scale is available to those who would otherwise be unable to participate. This assistance enables more than 10,000 youth and adults to participate in Y programs and is funded through the generosity of donors.

Paying for Your Prescriptions
Paying for your prescription medications can be difficult, especially if you do not have health insurance or are on a limited income. Following your doctors treatment plan, including taking your prescribed medications, is very important to maintain your healthy and managing your chronic diseases.
If you are having trouble paying for your prescription medications, there are resources to help you.

Talk to your doctor and your pharmacist: Your doctor and pharmacist can tell you if there are generic forms of the prescriptions you need to take. Generics are often more affordable than name-brand drugs.

Check with your health center: Your local community health center has access to some lower-cost prescription drugs to see if they work with any pharmacies in your area of have an in-house pharmacy.

$4.00 Medication Programs: Walmart and Target Pharmacy locations both offer certain drugs for $4.00. Be sure to talk to the pharmacies in your neighborhood to find out if they offer your prescription drugs at these prices.
