stakeholders
There are many different organizations and people working towards improving the health and delivery of services to underserved communities. At MACHC, we understand that our ability to impact and affect change is greater when we work collectively to pursue common goals.
As part of the mission and vision of the Institute for Community Health Center Performance, MACHC seeks to build partnerships that support health care access to all and innovation. This includes private or public, for and not-for profit organizations.
MACHC has a long history of successful collaborations and partnerships. These partnerships have helped to bring additional scarce resources to communities in need, while leveraging the expertise of community health centers to reach vulnerable populations.
Featured on this site are case studies of projects from various past partnerships between MACHC, our community health centers, and other organizations. These case studies highlight the various opportunities for partnerships between community health centers, Mid-Atlantic Association of Community Health Centers and other organizations.
We believe the key to understanding how we can work together is knowing your community, identifying their needs and developing solutions to address these needs. MACHC has compiled state and county level data in areas that are the foundation to understanding community health and community needs.
